USAID's World Trade Organization (WTO) Compliance Activity follows the USAID's WTO Accession Project. The previous project assisted Macedonia in acceding to the WTO. The current project assists the Government of Macedonia (GOM) to comply with the WTO requirements, but also to reap the benefits from being a member of this organization. The project focuses on facilitating public-private partnership (PPP) in the creation of foreign trade policy. In this way, the Project assists the business community in taking part in shaping of the business environment.
