On Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 11:00, in Hotel Feni, Kavadarci, the Innovation Center, supported by the USAID AgBiz Program, will hold a second matchmaking forum, How to Access Finance and Alternative Sources of Finance. Representatives from leading Macedonian financial institutions will present their corporate financial products and services to representatives of more than 30 companies from the fresh fruit and vegetable and processed vegetable value chains. One of the key topics will be factoring, a financial product the Macedonian Bank for Development Promotion recently introduced with USAID support, which enables exporting companies to access finance without additional guarantees and collateral.

On March 31st, the National Day of the Judiciary was marked in nine courts throughout Macedonia, supported by the USAID Judicial Reform Implementation Project. For the first time, the courts coordinated in celebrating this important day and opening their work to the public.
